1. General Labor
Full-time | On-site
Assist with general construction tasks, site cleanup, and material handling. No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pay: A base rate starting at $15/hour
2. Skilled Labor
Full-time | On-site
Seeking experienced and motivated individuals skilled in framing, concrete, finishing, or general carpentry.
Pay: A base rate starting at $20/hour, based on experience and ability
3. Superintendent
Full-time | On-site / Field Supervision
Responsible for overseeing project sites, coordinating teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Pay: A base rate starting at $60,000 per year, plus incentives
