As expert framing contractors, we specialize in the construction and installation of floors, walls, roofs, sheathing, stairs, shear and firewalls, house wrap, soffits, sub-fascia, cornice, fascia, and siding. We also provide labor for the installation of windows and exterior doors. Our team has the skill and expertise to deliver advanced custom framing solutions, including circle stairs, dome and barrel ceilings, and innovative roof designs.
Turn-Key Framing Solutions
To streamline your project and eliminate the added time and expense of material take-offs, lumber ordering, and delivery scheduling, we offer Turn-Key Framing Solutions. We work with multiple vendors to secure competitive pricing, ensuring a seamless process when one contractor manages both materials and labor. This approach enhances efficiency, minimizes waste, and maintains a cleaner job site, as subcontractors take greater responsibility when materials come directly from their budget.
We handle all lumber take-offs in-house, guaranteeing that our material packages align with project requirements. Any overages beyond our take-off are covered by us. Change orders and work outside the project’s original scope will be billed accordingly. We ensure that all lumber meets or exceeds plan specifications, with all sales taxes covered.
