A project is not considered approved until a signed agreement or purchase order is received.

Production or construction may not begin until final approvals are received.

5. Scheduling and Lead Times

Projected timelines and lead times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

• Transportation issues

Gellenbeck Construction Inc. is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
